Realm Talent Management System
Realm TMS was built to meet the needs of a Talent Management Agency, namely they required a new and more effective method to display Talent profiles on their site (at the moment the system is waiting final approval before deployment). While developing I took the opportunity to expand the system in such a way as to make it more dynamic (therefore more useful as time goes on) and also more complete so that it could be resold as a product.
All profiles are displayed on the front index page and can be browsed in an AJAX-powered interface. Lack of Javascript will default to a table of profiles with direct links to each profile. The AJAX interface allows easy loading of profiles and more importantly allows filters to be applied to the profiles.
The core of the system involves an XML technology built specifically for the system, what I've called DDF (Dynamic Details Fields). This tech allows for the dynamic creation of details fields for each profile. When each field is added the system can update the final display, forms and filters at once.
